Stacey Satterlee
President & CEO
Stacey was born and raised in Eastern Idaho and grew up working with her dad on her family’s custom farming operation – she is a proud graduate of Pocatello High School and Utah State University. She has over 20 years of policy experience – 10 of that in Washington, DC, working for various agriculture trade associations before moving back to Idaho with her family. Most recently, she represented Idaho’s wheat and barley growers as the Executive Director of the Idaho Grain Producers Association. Stacey and her husband Dan live in Meridian and have three children – 15-year-old twins Addison and Jackson and Ben, who is 10 years old. The family recently adopted Dodger, a black lab. Most days you can find her on a golf course with her boys, on a tennis court with her daughter, or on a walk with her dog.

Jeni Hall
VP of Operations
Jeni joined the Idaho Bankers Association (IBA) in 2017 and serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing the planning and execution of all IBA-sponsored educational programs, conferences, and events while elevating member services. Previously, she spent 11 years as Event and Education Director for the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, where she honed deep expertise in event strategy and program management. Her experience and operational discipline ensure the association delivers valuable professional development and consistently high-quality member experiences.

Beny Ward
Operations Coordinator
Beny is the Operations Coordinator at the Idaho Bankers Association (IBA), known for meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. She streamlines processes, manages bookkeeping, optimizes workflows, and provides cross-department support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. In her free time, Beny enjoys being outdoors and traveling.

Lisa Adams
Community Outreach Coordinator
With more than 30 years as a radio personality and media professional, Lisa Adams serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Idaho Bankers Association (IBA). Her background spans content and talent development, marketing strategy, and cross-channel leadership, including roles as Program Director, Operations Manager, and Marketing Director. She has helped position radio brands as industry leaders, even during the pandemic, while launching and revitalizing stations and media products. At IBA, Lisa applies her media and talent development expertise to strengthen community outreach, and outside of work she volunteers actively and enjoys time with her family and pets.
