The Idaho Bankers Association supports your bank’s education and training needs by offering a variety of banking topics, in multiple locations and at reasonable prices. Each IBA education program is carefully designed to ensure the highest level of programming. In addition to the traditional classes, seminars and conferences, the IBA also offers telephone seminars, webinars, correspondence and e-learning opportunities making timely, effective training conveniently available to every IBA member.

The true value of a bank lies in the knowledge of its employees. Success today depends upon having a staff with the knowledge to recognize, envision and create sustainable competitive advantages. Banks can make no greater investment than in the continuing education of their employees upon which its success or failure depends.
