Trent Wright

President & CEO

Trent joined the IBA staff as President and CEO in 2015. Additionally, he currently serves on the City of Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission; the American Bankers Association, Government Relations Council and Communications Council; the Independent Community Bankers of America, Bank Operations and Payments Committee; and the National Association of Bank Advocates.

Trent served as the top executive for the Idaho Automobile Dealers Association from 2005 -2014. In that capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the Association, including lobbying at both the state and federal level. His previous experience also includes working as the Government Affairs Director and Lobbyist for the Boise Regional REALTORS® Association, as well as serving as a Legislative Assistant in Washington, DC.

Jeni Hall

Vice President of Operations

Jeni became part of the IBA team in 2017, taking on the role of VP of Operations. In this capacity, she assumes responsibility for orchestrating and executing all IBA-sponsored educational programs, conferences, and various events. Jeni’s tenure at the IBA has been marked by her dedication to providing top-notch member services and enhancing the overall experience of our valued members.

Before joining the IBA, Jeni served as the Event and Education Director for the Idaho Association of REALTORS® for an impressive 11 years. During her tenure in this role, she demonstrated her exceptional skills in event planning and educational program management, further enriching her experience in delivering high-quality member-focused services.

Jeni’s background and expertise are instrumental in ensuring that the IBA continues to provide valuable educational opportunities, professional development, and engaging programs for our members. Her commitment to excellence and her extensive experience in the field make her an invaluable asset to our organization. We are proud to have Jeni as a key member of our team, and we eagerly anticipate her continued contributions to our mission.

Operations Assistant

Beny is a dedicated Operations Assistant known for her exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess. With a passion for streamlining processes and ensuring operational efficiency, Beny plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of our team.

In her role as Operations Assistant, Beny is responsible for managing a wide range of tasks essential to our day-to-day operations. Whether it’s coordinating schedules, optimizing workflows, or providing crucial support to various departments, Beny’s contributions are instrumental in our continued success.

When she’s not in the office, Beny enjoys camping and traveling, reflecting her well-rounded and dynamic personality.

Lisa Adams

Community Outreach Coordinator

With over 30 years of experience as a seasoned radio personality and media professional, Lisa Adams joins us as the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Idaho Bankers Association (IBA). Lisa’s versatile background encompasses expertise in content and talent development, marketing strategies, and cross-channel leadership.

Lisa’s impressive journey includes roles as a Program Director, Operations Manager, and Marketing Director in the radio broadcasting industry. She’s been instrumental in positioning radio brands as industry leaders, even in challenging times like the pandemic. Lisa’s strategic acumen extends to the successful launch and revitalization of radio stations and media products.

In her role at IBA, Lisa brings her rich history in media and talent development to enhance our community outreach efforts. Beyond her professional life, she’s actively involved in community volunteer work and enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Lisa Adams is a multifaceted professional whose influence extends far beyond the airwaves, and we’re thrilled to have her on our team.
