Trent Wright

President & CEO

Trent joined the IBA staff as President and CEO in 2015. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairman of the City of Eagle Planning & Zoning Commission the American Bankers Association Ag. Credit Task Force and the Boise Metro Chamber Financial Services Industry Advisory Board.

Trent served as the top executive for the Idaho Automobile Dealers Association from 2005 -2014. In that capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the Association, including lobbying at both the state and federal level. His previous experience also includes working as the Government Affairs Director and Lobbyist for the Ada County REALTORS® Association, as well as serving as a Legislative Assistant in Washington, DC.

Jeni Hall

Director of Membership Services

Jeni joined the IBA staff as the Director of Membership Services in 2017.  She is responsible for the planning and implementation of IBA online education, conferences, and all other events.  Prior to joining the IBA, Jeni was the Event and Education Director for the Idaho Association of REALTORS® for 11 years.

Vivian Otero-Epley


Vivian Otero-Epley joined the Idaho Bankers Association in the fall of 2018. She brings to the IBA experience in legal marketing, public financing, commercial and residential construction, and association management. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mountain West Chapter.

Vivian donates time and expertise to several non-profit organizations. Current volunteer Board positions include Marketing and Communications Co-Chair, Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley, and Chair of the Boise Choruses.

As a self-proclaimed business generalist with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Boise State University, and an Idaho real estate salesperson licensee, Vivian is excited to bring her eclectic skill set to work for the IBA.

Zach Forster

Government & Member Relations

Zach Forster has recently joined the Idaho Bankers Association as the Government and Member Relations staffer. Forster has worked as a staff member in Governor Brad Little’s and Senator Jim Risch’s Offices, as well as the U.S. Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee in Washington, D.C. Forster received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University and his MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
